公司设计部的技术人员是有着多年从事钣金模具设计经验的专家，随着时代的进步越来越多的不锈钢制品进入家庭，而我公司的设计人员尤其对不锈钢产品的模具设计有着最前沿的设计经验，他们对家电冷冲模具的设计制造技术进行不断的改进、完善，为公司的产品做精做强提供强大的技术后盾，同时通过专业、系统的经验帮助客户在产品开发前期有效的降低成本，提高设计效率，大大缩短了研发周期。

流程保证，科学的流程化设计是大规模生产的保证。

结构保证，由责任设计师和钳装领班联合组成项目责任主体，形成优势互补结构，大大提升模具的生产效率。

人员保证，设计队伍坚持金字塔式人才结构，即以30%的经验丰富的骨干设计师带领，配以中层设计师、普通设计员，形成高效、稳定的设计团体。

系​统保证，公司采用了Pro/E、UG、AutoCAD等先进的软件，大大提升我们的设计生产效率。

Our research department is unceasing improve designing & manufacturing technology of stamping molds and being the strong technology backup for making the best products. Though offering our professional molding experiences to help customer to improve efficiency of product design, low the cost and shorten the period of research and development.

Flow assurance: Scientific flow design can assure mass production.

Structure assurance: Stylists and locksmiths work together as a unit so that they can learn each other and improve mold-manufacturing efficiency.

Staff assurance: Building a design team just like the Pyramid, i.e. 30% of the staff are high-level stylists with rich experiences. They will work together with the middle-level stylists and common designer to form a steady team with high-efficiency time.

System assurance: We use Pro/E、UG and AutoCAD, these software and other advancing systems boost our design & manufacturing efficiency greatly.
